Created for my daughter, who finds math challenging but never gives up trying to succeed, TouchNumbers Flash Cards is an easy-to-use, touch-based math flash card app that's perfect for the entire family, and great for extra practice as part of remote learning. Practice addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with numbers from 0 to 999.
Get random problems from multiple difficulty levels, review individual facts (1+1, 2+1, 3+1, etc.), families (1+?=10, 2+?=10, etc.), or test yourself with special modes like doubles, squares, and time or money-related numbers. Increase the difficulty by turning on "mixed" answer mode where the missing number can be anywhere in the problem (1+?=2, ?+5=6, ?-7=3, 10X?=80, etc.). Each operator has its own settings and can be turned off so you can practice on a hard level for one, an easy level for another, and turn others off completely.
Support for multiple users and all recent device types (requires iOS 11 or newer) in one app mean you can use TouchNumbers Flash Cards with the entire family. Resume right where you left off after a break or phone call.
Choose from one of 10 themes including animals, paint, space, chalkboard, and more.
Swipe or shake to erase an answer or skip the card if no answer is entered (skipped cards will eventually return). Tap the card to check your answer. For an added challenge, cards do not repeat in most modes until all have been answered, and answers are entered using a keypad (not multiple choice!). Turn on the option to show the correct answer as a learning aid.
Checks and "x"es (and optional sound) let you know if your answer was correct. If not (or if you just entered the wrong numbers) a unique optional second-chance feature lets you try the same card again. Optionally, turn on rounds of configurable length to get a report of how many were correct--use it as a quiz!
Thanks to all who have downloaded!
